They have continued to encourage me to tell them what they can do to make this right, and I have stated clearly that because I feel like I paid $60 to beta test an incomplete game that I want a free copy of it, once it's patched, now that Game Stop has accepted my even exchange return for a different game.
They admit to having no timeline on a fix, and yet I continue to see this game advertised on their homepage as a major new release for Switch. They continue to respond apologetically to things I didn't even express in my support ticket, but also fully admit their awareness of a bug that I still can't think of anything worse to compare it to other than a game that kills you in real life when you die. 30 hours of gameplay just gone in an instant. This happened to me, too, and Ubisoft could not be handling it any worse than they are.
